Say It With Me, "I'm Exactly Where I'm Meant to Be"

Out of the blue this weekend, in the still quiet of the morning, I was overcome with the knowing that I am exactly where I’m meant to be.
One moment, I was journaling, and the next, it was moving through me like an 80 mph winter wind, dialing up my senses and shifting my body into instant, full alertness.
In that place of complete awe and resonance, I felt gentle tears begin to roll down my face.
The pure feeling was such a welcomed gift.
“I am exactly where I’m meant to be.”
It’s something I say to myself often, and I know it to be TRUE.
Like you, my to-do list is never ending, people depend on me to be at my best, and my goals and dreams grow bigger every day.
When it feels like there’s literally not enough time, and you find yourself wishing to be in two places at once…
I invite you to allow yourself to play with the energy of knowing that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be, because you always are.
That knowing will bring you fully into the present, softening you into the feminine, activating the masculine and tapping you into the superhuman you are.
Say it to yourself until you feel it, “I’m exactly where I’m meant to be,” and experience the glorious energy shift in your favor.

Gosh, I honestly feel like I have so many, but we’ll start with these three:
Vivobarefoot Sensus Shoes
These shoes make me so, SO happy. Every day, I get in a minimum of 10K, and most days, I get 12K to 13K. And when I’m working from home, these shoes make it easy to transition from sitting to walking.
The Body Pod by Hume Health
This scale. Yep, a scale. I know you might be cringing right now, but hear me out.
The female body has SO many fluctuations in a month. Up with ovulation and your period. Up with more intensive workouts. Down with dehydration. Up with carbohydrates. And on and on. I have been using my scale purely to gather DATA and enhance my understanding so I can better align with my body comp goals.
My morning routine right now is to roll out of bed, do some gentle lymph activation, walk outside for 15 minutes (hello morning light!), and I then undress and use the scale to collect my data. I use the daily numbers to determine my weekly averages, which makes WAY more sense than just going by daily numbers.
The first scale I purchased during my fitness journey was the Inbody, and it was so inconsistent. All scales seem to be inherently flawed, but this one IS at least consistent.
Bonus: I’m eating MORE than I ever have and making serious lean muscle gains (while dropping body fat)! Teaching women the power of EATING more is a huge part of Fiercely Empowered Mama this year. The results in the community are mind-blowing.

This blend. Yep, it’s mine. But I’m more than a decade in, and I’m still SO obsessed.
My husband keeps telling me I should get it in stores because the world needs it! I agree, but I feel like it’s one of those things that requires a bit of education and appreciation, and that’s where you come in!

Currently Learning Obsessions 🤓
The Neck
Why?
For one, there are more lymph nodes in the neck than anywhere else in the body! The lymphatic system is how nutrients get to the brain (and to the face, the real anti-aging effect), and it’s how toxins drain away from it.
This incredible area is also the home of our precious thyroid and vagus nerve, and it has so much going on with the fascia system.
There’s just SO much happening in this area! If the neck is congested it’s going to impact your healing (especially your brain health) and the way you age.
Recent Reads
For context, I don’t like movie trailers or reading the spoilers on the back of the book. I just follow little nudges of which book to pick up next, and I dive in. If you feel it, trust it! This is such a simple and fun way to add more anticipation vibes to your life.

Body Talk Guidebook & Replays
Body Talk 2025 wrapped up last week, and it was my favorite round yet!
We did a deep dive on communication from the liver, thyroid, adrenals, kidneys and lymphatic system (and so much more), and what the healing path looks like!
I also included a complete section on PAIN from a TERRAIN perspective. Most people don’t realize that their back pain, elbow pain, etc., could be directly related to liver congestion and liver flukes.
