One of my favorite self-care practices that can help to support every single aspect of health is wearing castor oil packs. Want to sleep better? Poop better? Feel less stressed and more relaxed? Calm your period pain? Improve skin health? Relieve lymph congestion? Support liver detoxification? Consistently wearing castor oil packs checks every single box and so much more.

Why Castor Oil Packs Are a Mama’s BFF

Castor oil packs are SO easy to do, incredibly safe, inexpensive and relaxing. Because you will experience a noticeable difference, it’s something that you will feel motivated to stay committed to.

I recently took a break from castor oil packs, and I was astonished at the difference I felt bringing it back into my self-care routine. Truly, it’s one of those game-changing practices.

They are an extra easy, two-step, heatless and less-messy castor oil pack that you can simply tie on and wear overnight or for a few hours throughout your day. Seriously, if you are going to do castor oil packs, I HIGHLY suggest this route. (Please note, while this is absolutely a less messy route to go, it can still be a little messy and stain your clothing and bed sheets. Be sure to wear your oldies when wearing the pack). 

The type of castor oil you use also matters!
