Episode 30: Conversation with Hillary Spendow on Stress, Staying Curious & the Healing Journey

Episode #30

In today’s episode, I have the pleasure of sitting down with the amazing Hillary Spendow. We talk about stress, adrenals, liver health, coffee and so much more.

My favorite part of the conversation is our collective passion for staying curious and enjoying every bit of the ride.

Meet Hillary

Hillary is a natural health educator and studied at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education where she and Tonya met.

She started her natural health and intentional healing journey when a spinal cord injury (now lovingly called a spinal cord healing) became a part of her life and initially left her paralyzed in August of 2013. Looking for more than what allopathic medicine had to offer, she knew she had to start seeing her healing journey wholly, not just as a rehabilitation of the physical body.

She’s dedicated to digging for root causes and peeling back healing challenges collected over a lifetime. She has never looked back and is inspired to hold space for change, hope and healing in others.

When she’s not studying or reading up on all things natural health and spiritual/emotional healing, you’ll find her walking her neighborhood and moving her body any way she can, co-creating delicious and nourishing meals with her husband, or soaking up time with friends and family!
