Hello, 2025 FEM Mentor!

We are deeply grateful for the way you have shown up for this community. The love, steadiness and wisdom you bring into FEM have mattered more than you may realize. Your presence has strengthened our culture, fostered genuine friendships and helped women feel seen, supported and encouraged to stay engaged with the work.

As we reflected on the past year and the lessons 2025 offered, it became clear that the foundation of the FEM Mentorship Program is strong. This is not about reinventing the role. It is about recommitting to it with clarity, enthusiasm and intention as FEM continues to grow.

For 2026, we are inviting 7 mentors who feel called to continue stewarding this movement. Women who are aligned with the heart of FEM, who understand the rhythm of the program and who are ready to lead their regions with warmth, consistency and renewed energy. Each region is guided by a mentor who acts as a cheerleader and connective thread, helping women feel grounded and supported as part of something bigger.

What Does This Role Look Like?

2026 FEM Mentors will:

Presence & Culture

Show up with renewed enthusiasm and alignment with the FEM mission, helping steward the community's culture.
Be familiar with the women in your region so you recognize and support them as they engage in the main FEM Facebook group.
Engage in the FEM Facebook group by cheering on your members’ wins, ah-ha moments and questions while directing all health and protocol questions to the appropriate FEM channels.

Connection & Support

Lead 2–4 Mama Circles throughout the year. Mama Circles may be mentor-led or mentor-facilitated. While you are not required to teach or present, mentors who feel inspired to lead a Mama Circle around a topic they’re passionate about are welcome to do so. The primary intention of each Circle is connection and conversation around shared experiences, such as cavity-healing journeys, lip or tongue-tie stories or the real-life application of FEM tools. A simple example script will be provided when applicable.
Send three brief personal check-in messages to each of your people throughout the year. Simple copy-and-paste prompts will be provided and all messages will be sent via Facebook Messenger.
Encourage FEM Bestie connections, in-person meetups and Messenger video calls among your people.
Host at least four regional Messenger video-call meetups during the year.

Navigation & Rhythm

Help guide your people in navigating the FEM program so they know how to best engage with the resources and offerings available.
Encourage participation in monthly challenges and light, playful group momentum.
Attend one New FEM Meet-Up, led by Dr. Tonya.
Attend two Mentor Brainstorming Zoom sessions during the year.

Community Logistics

Manage your regional Facebook group and Messenger group chat, supporting FEM community guidelines and gently redirecting conversations as needed to keep the space aligned and supportive.
Collect and organize local or state-based community resources for your region and save them monthly in a shared Google Doc.
Attend one to two Integration Meet-Ups per year to participate in breakout rooms and connect with other FEMs. You are not expected to present.

Reliability

Complete mentor commitments with consistency, care and clear communication.
