FIERCELY EMPOWERED MAMA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM 2025

 

Hello, beautiful 2024 mentors!

 

We are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you and for all the love, encouragement and wisdom you have offered this past year. Your work has strengthened our community in so many ways.  You have planted countless seeds for friendship and created a space where women have felt “seen” and supported.  You have guided FEM’s to take full advantage of the FEM program and empowered your people. 

After talking extensively regarding our desired upgrades and all the lessons from 2024, we are excited to share the application and vision for this year’s FEM Mentorship Program!

This year, we are inviting 8-9 mentors who are passionate and committed to taking it to the NEXT LEVEL!

Each region will be led by a cheerleader with renewed zest and enthusiasm for the FEM mission! 💜✨

What does this look like? 

2025 Mentors will…

  • Lead 4-6 “Mama Circles” throughout the year.  You will not be expected to present information, but simply facilitate organic group discussion around a chosen topic (experiences with cavity-healing, lip/tongue tie revision, favorite ways to use the MiHealth, etc).  An example script will be provided as guidance.
  • Be familiar with the names of your group members to easily recognize when they post in the FEM 2025 Facebook group.
  • Share 1 post per month in both the main FEM 2025 Facebook group and your regional group showcasing how YOU are currently embodying the FEM lifestyle. 
  • Send 3 brief personal messages to each of your people throughout the year.  Example copy-paste messages will be provided.
  • Guide your people on how navigate the FEM program and how to best take advantage of FEM offerings.
  • Encourage FEM Bestie connections, in-person meet-ups, and Messenger video calls amongst your people.
  • Attend 2 Mentor Brainstorming Zoom sessions.
  • Collect suggestions for local and state resources in your region and save them in a Google Doc each month.
  • Attend 1-2 Integration Meet-Ups per year to participate in breakout rooms and connect with other FEM’s.  You are not expected to present information during the session.
  • Encourage your group to participate in playful competition with Monthly Challenges.
  • Manage a Facebook Messenger group chat and regional Facebook group.
  • Host at least 4 regional Messenger video-call meet-ups for the year.  
  • Complete missions in a timely manner.
