Here are a few key things you can do to make sure you’re connected with this amazing group of women and getting all the good stuff we’ll be sending your way. (FEM Alumni you’re eligible for this, too!)

Complete these steps, then fill out the form below, by Tuesday, January 17, and you will receive a 15% off coupon to Dr. Tonya's shop!

1. Find and open one of the FEM Dish emails you’ve received.

This way, we can make sure they’re arriving in your inbox! 

2. Log in to the FEM Course Portal.

In your FEM Dish email you received directions on how to login to your account (they can also be found at the bottom of this page). This account is where you’ll find The Vault of Dr. Tonya’s Protocols, all of the modules, lessons, handouts, cheat sheets, book recommendations and more! We’ll be moving through everything together as a group, but it’s all yours for life to access at whatever pace suits you best.

3. Text the keyword FEM2023 to 616.303.7855 to join our FEM group chat!

We'll send class reminders and important communication to you via text as we go along.

4. In our Fiercely Empowered Mama 2023 Facebook group, check your notification settings.

Follow these steps here:

• Go to the group page and click the three lines in the top left corner.
• Then click the bell icon at the top of that menu.
• Under “In-app notification”, change from “Highlights” to “ All posts”.
• Under "Push notifications", change from "Off" to "Highlights".

While the course portal contains the bulk of our learning content, there are so many good things coming in the Facebook group, too! Replays will be available, but it can be extra helpful and fun to be a part of our live classes.

5. Introduce yourself in the Facebook group.
